The boys were hunting so the girls went on a road trip!
Sandy, myself, Chloe, Amelia, and Caroline. We loaded up and headed South!
Our first stop was in Bucklin where Kat was busy entertaining the kids. They ran up & down the hill, over and over.
Then we got to gather eggs and feed the chickens. This was pretty entertaining. Chloe loved the responsibility of gathering eggs, Caroline was very intrigued, and Amelia thought she was indeed a chicken. She flapped her wings and clucked as much as she could.
Throwing sunflower seeds and saying
"Heeeeere chick chick chick chick chick chick!"
*See the ramp & entrance to the chicken house? Amelia used that entrance several times. Silly girl.*
After a night in Bucklin we drove to Englewood to see Aunt Carol & Uncle Eugene. Andy even showed up to see Amelia & Caroline. They were pretty shy that day but talked about Andy for days afterwards. It was a very nice trip seeing everybody.
